The responsibility of forming an interim government in Syria has been assigned to Muhammad Al-Bashir. According to Syrian media, Commander of the Military Operations Department, Ahmad Al-Shara, met with Muhammad Al-Bashir. During this meeting, it was revealed that Muhammad Al-Bashir has been entrusted with the task of forming an interim government in Syria.

Media reports indicate that this decision emerged following a meeting between Commander of the Syrian Armed Opposition’s Operations, Ahmad Al-Shara, Prime Minister Muhammad Al-Jalali, and head of the Salvation Government, Muhammad Al-Bashir. The purpose of the meeting was to determine arrangements for the transfer of power and to prevent Syria from descending into chaos.

Meanwhile, conditions in the Syrian capital Damascus are beginning to return to normal. Rebel forces have announced the lifting of the daytime curfew in Damascus and approved the reopening of banks.
