Meeting of the PPP Sindh Council under the leadership of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari

Karachi: Provincial, divisional, and district office bearers, as well as members of parliament and ticket holders, attended the meeting.

Karachi: A resolution against controversial canals was presented in the Sindh Council meeting of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).

The meeting of the Pakistan Peoples Party’s Sindh Council, chaired by PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, was held at the Chief Minister’s House. The session was attended by provincial, divisional, and district officials of PPP, along with members of parliament and ticket holders.

During the meeting, tributes were paid to Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto. A vote of confidence was expressed in the leadership of President Asif Ali Zardari, Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, and Faryal Talpur. A resolution against the controversial canals was presented and unanimously passed by all members.

The meeting also approved a resolution condemning the Jaffar Express tragedy. Additionally, discussions were held on the province’s political situation, and preparations for the public gathering on April 4, marking the martyrdom anniversary of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, were reviewed.
