The prices of naan and chapati have been set, and a new notification has been issued under the order of Commissioner Hassan Naqvi. The Commissioner of Karachi stated that a 100-gram chapati will be sold for 10 rupees, and tandoor owners must immediately display the price list in a prominent place. A 120-gram naan will be sold for 15 rupees, and strict action will be taken against any price increase.
He also mentioned that a 150-gram naan will be sold for 17 rupees, and citizens should file complaints if necessary. Violations will not be tolerated. The price of a 180-gram naan is set at 22 rupees. Exceeding government rates is a punishable offense, and the price list must be displayed at every shop. Immediate action will be taken against violations.
