Islamabad: Petrol Prices May Also Remain Unchanged – Sources
There is a likelihood of a reduction of up to Rs. 3 in petroleum product prices in the country. According to sources, the price of diesel may be reduced by Rs. 3 per liter, while the price of petrol could decrease by up to Rs. 1 per liter. However, sources also suggest that petrol prices may remain unchanged.
The expected price cut is attributed to a decline in global crude oil prices. The final decision on any revision in petroleum prices will be made by the Prime Minister. Once approved, the new prices will take effect at midnight tonight.
